Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Personalized or custom items may have different return policies as noted at the time of purchase.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Hygiene-sensitive products (if opened or unsealed)
How to Return Your Order
1. Contact our customer service team via email or live chat to initiate your return
2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
4. Include your order number and reason for return
5. Ship the package using the provided return label
Important: Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return until your refund is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to help you exchange your item subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
• The item is defective or damaged
• We sent the wrong item
• The item does not match the description
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Returning a Gift
Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit. To process a gift return, please contact our customer service team. If possible, provide the original order number to help us locate your purchase more quickly.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases.
